The AZAA Team invites customers, friends and fans to join us at Arizona Motorsports Park on May 25th, 2024 for a fun and educational track day. We have privately rented the facility for the day so that everyone can push their awesome vehicles (and your skill set) to the limits! To top it off, Industry veteran Mike McGovern will be on hand to lead the track intro, lead follow, ride along coaching and hot laps. Mike McGovern
Among Mike McGovern’s many accomplishments in professional high performance driver training and professional racing, his day job has consisted of devoting nearly 40years to instructing at the nation’s most well known facilities. His diversity in curriculum and driver training experience ranges from professional race car drivers to movie stars, Navy SEALS to teenage drivers – and everything in between. As a lifelong Chief Instructor, it is no wonder that the nickname “The Chief” has stuck with him. This is undoubtedly a title that comes with much respect from those that have been under his instruction. Mike is able to combine the mechanical art and balance of a vehicle, with the abilities and limitations of man, and leave drivers of any skill level confidently inspired.
