The 2026 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS is designed to be driven, and its low, wide shape puts a lot of valuable paint close to the road. For this project, AZ Auto Aesthetics installed a Full-Body Coverage Option using XPEL Ultimate Plus paint protection film, protecting every painted surface from the kind of wear that accumulates on Arizona roads.
A full-body package makes sense when the goal is consistent preservation. The front bumper and hood see direct impact from stones, while fenders, mirrors, lower doors, and rocker areas can collect tire-thrown debris and road grime. On a low sports car, those lower sections are close to the action, so limiting protection to the center of the nose leaves more of the vehicle exposed.
PPF is the physical protection layer in a complete care plan. It is designed to take the abuse that a ceramic coating is not: rock chips and impact from road debris. Ceramic coating can still be added later, where compatible, to make the film and exposed surfaces easier to clean and more resistant to water spotting.
Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, and Phoenix drivers deal with intense UV, fine dust, construction zones, and monsoon-season outflow. A dusty Porsche should be rinsed before contact. After a storm or long highway drive, remove grit, bugs, and mineral residue with a cool, shaded hand wash rather than a dry wipe or automatic tunnel wash.
AZ Auto Aesthetics can help Porsche owners choose between full-body and targeted PPF coverage based on mileage, storage, and driving plans. Request a quote online or call (480) 241-9324.
